Job Description

Automation company seeks scientist/engineer with a working knowledge of combinatorial chemistry (DNA, RNA, and/or Peptide Synthesis) and mechanical experience with automation equipment for a traveling field service engineer position. 

Core responsibilities will include product installation, repair, maintenance, and technical support for a full line of DNA synthesis equipment.  

Desired Skills & Experience

- Experience in high throughput DNA synthesis or labratory robotics preferred but not necessary

- Must be hands-on; ability to read/understand mechanical & electrical drawings/diagrams

- Excellent trouble-shooting & customer service skills

- Minimum of BA/BS in a Natural Science (Chemistry, Biology, etc.) or BS in Engineering (ME or EE)

- Travel up to 50%; must have current US Passport
