MerMade 4MerMade 4- New Product!!

Introducing the latest addition to our full line of DNA/RNA Synthesizers. The MerMade 4 was designed with simplicity in mind. With a quick set-up time and preset protocols the MerMade4 simplifies your need for high quality oligo synthesis. Requiring minimal operator input, the MerMade 4 takes the guess work and pitfalls out of DNA/RNA synthesis. The MerMade synthesizer is capable of 50nmole to 5umole synthesis scales. Utilizing the same flexible and easy to use software as the MerMade 12/6 the MerMade 4 can run each column independently allowing the user to add and remove a column at any time with out interrupting the synthesis on other columns. Improved trityl monitors allow the user to monitor the synthesis in real time allowing the synthesis to be halted before expensive reagents are wasted. The MerMade 4 utilizes our new valve pump technology which simplifies the calibration procedure thus reducing time and errors involved in calibration without sacrificing any product quality. The machine ships standard with 10 amidite ports and a sulfur position allowing synthesis of complicated oligos without the need to change reagents in the middle of the synthesis. The MerMade 4 is priced to allow even those on a tight budget to synthesize their own oligos.

MerMade 12MerMade 12 and 6

The MerMade-6 Oligonucleotide synthesizer is designed and priced for low throughput synthesis at a low cost. Based on the proven MM12 design the MM6 is rugged, reliable, and easy to service. This 6 column machines offer a wide scale range (50nmole to 200micromole) and On Line Trityl Monitoring (up to 6 columns) at about the same price as competing 4 column machines on the market. Offering much more flexibility and speed this DNA/RNA synthesizer allows the operator to add and remove columns at any point during a run and to synthesize different scales and chemistries on each column, while wasting no reagents or time. The MM-6 comes with an expandable 6 column configuration that can be upgraded to add up to 6 more columns in the future. All MerMade's come equipped with 10 amidite ports (with more available upon request) and a dedicated Thio position. MerMade 384 oligonucleotide synthesizerMerMade 384

The MerMade-384 Oligonucleotide synthesizer is designed to synthesize four 96 well plates or column arrays of DNA, RNA & LNA oligonucleotides in parallel in a single run using standard or modified chemistries. For genome wide projects or other ultra high throughput oligo synthesis needs, the MerMade-384 is fast and cost effective rapidly producing standard DNA oligos at costs below $0.10 a base. Based on the proven MerMade-192 design, the MerMade-384 is capable of making a combination of standard, degenerate and modified oligos in the same plate. Synthesis time depends on chemistry and oligo quality but a typical run time is 6.5 hours for four plates of 20mers. Oligos up to 100bp have been made for applications such as Sequencing, PCR, Gene Building, siRNA, MicroArrays, Ribozymes, Antisense Molecules, Aptamers & Fluorescent Probes.
