BioAutomation offers columns for DNA synthesis and RNA synthesis on the MerMade series of oligo synthesizers. Synthesis Columns decrease both set up time and human error when compared to synthesis plates. They also hey have superior synthesis characteristics and limit CPG cross-contamination from well to well. Columns are available from 50 nanomole to 200 micromole scale with 500 and 1000 Angstrom CPG support. We also welcome inquiries regarding specialty CPG loading. Many more types of CPG are available, such as labeled CPG, different loading capacities and angstrom size.
